Yesterday was Jake's 12th Birthday,so we celebrated at Corvette Diner!
The kids enjoyed the appetizers! We had onion rings with cilantro dressing and potato skins! The kids also had shakes and root beer floats, yum!
You can't tell from the pictures, but we were seated in the "60's Room", which was lit with black lights and decked out with glowing posters and wall paintings. Even the tables glowed!
Riley loved all the commotion! It was the first time he could be as loud as he wanted and no one cared!
The waiters kept throwing straws at us...
Our server made Jake a special birthday hat out of a bag, with a balloon on top, it was hilarious!

There was a DJ at the restaurant, so the music was loud the entire time, but at one point, all the waitstaff got together and danced. Riley just didn't know what to make of all the craziness!

We all had such a wonderful time! The food was great and the atmosphere was so much fun! Happy Birthday, Jakey!! :-)
