Welcome back to the Rich Family Blogsite!! I know it's been quite some time since our last update, but we are excited to fill you in on all that is new in Richland!
Mommy has decided to stay at home and embrace all things domestic. It's a little scary, but endlessly rewarding and even more wonderful than she imagined it would be!
We have many, many photos to share, so I will be listing the older ones first.
Our good friend, Jed, as seen through the eyes of Jake, the budding photographer....

Little Speckles on Christmas morning.

Tragically, this is the only picture that I have of Riley on his very first Christmas! I know, it's sad. I don't know what happened....I guess that Mommy and Daddy dropped the ball big time. The day just flew by. We'll be sure to make up for it next year!

Jakey on Christmas morning.

Becky with her new bass guitar.

Goofballs......

MUCH better, thank you.....

Our gingerbread army, which lasted about a day.

Happy little Riley. I think this was the first smile I was able to capture on film. He is usually so enthralled with the flash that he just stares......

Like this....

and this.....

and THIS!!!

I bid you good day. However, I cannot be bothered now, my servant has drawn my bath....

Okay, this picture is a little out of order...it's from our tree trimming party, which obviously took place before Christmas! Sorry!

Riley the wild roller!!
Riley began rolling over about a month ago! We were amazed at how brilliant he is to be rolling from back to tummy and tummy to back all before his three month mark.

We decided to get Riley an exersaucer at about two and a half months, which is a little early. But, he was already so anxious to stand up on his own that has was getting frustrated and we thought it might help. He absolutely loves it, and spends quite a bit of time bouncing and grabbing at his toys.

The rolling thing is great, but Riley will automatically roll to his stomach the second that he is put down. He's happy that way for about a minute and then starts to get fussy.

MY FAVORITE PICTURE EVER!!! WELL, SO FAR...

Riley is quite the charmer. He is always willing to grant a smile and is happy to see everyone that comes his way.

Mommy's treasures. It does not get any better than this!

Bleh!! And on THAT note, we wish you all the best and will be sure to post again soon!
